Modeling Coworking Spaces Growth Dynamics in Mountain Environment: An “Ensemble” Approach

The analysis of each model provides valuable insights to guide managers in strategic planning. Using this information, coworking managers can define effec-tive marketing strategies, improve the services offered, and attract new members. Additionally, understanding the factors that influence growth allows for more informed decisions regarding future investments and developments. In this study, we integrate the concept of sustainable devel-opment into the integrated model and examine how the implementation of ecological practices can enhance the attractiveness of coworking spaces and promote sustain-able growth. The quantitative analysis shows that the exam-ined models provide valuable insights into the growth of coworking spaces, emphasizing the importance of social and market dynamics. These results are particularly rele-vant for entrepreneurs and policymakers aiming to opti-mize the opening and management strategies of coworking spaces in local communities.
